Our founders, Lei and Zi, a newlywed couple who struggled to look for furniture shops as they were moving to their new house, saw how expensive furniture pieces are being sold in malls, and display stores around Metro Manila. They decided to buy furniture overseas and asked friends to “pasabuy” some items with them so they can all save on the shipping fee. This personal project to furnish the couple’s house eventually turned into a small business aiming to help more Filipino families import high-quality yet affordable items from overseas factories.
